1. Why did parsing fail?
Possible reasons include an unsupported link format, deleted content, timeout, oversized video, or a temporarily unavailable local parser. Copy the share text again and retry.
2. Why am I rate limited?
To keep the service stable, ShipinDown limits submit and status-check frequency by IP. Wait for a minute and try again.
3. Do download links stay valid forever?
No. Download links are temporary and currently valid for 12 hours. Parse the link again after expiration.
4. Why does mobile not show a save dialog directly?
Mobile browsers usually do not allow websites to force a system save dialog. Use the browser menu or system share sheet after opening or copying the link.
5. Can I use downloaded videos commercially?
Not recommended. Copyright belongs to the original creator or platform. This tool is intended for personal learning, backup, and technical research.
