What is it for?

If you need to parse WeChat Channels links in an AI Agent, content archive script, or automation workflow, ShipinDown provides an MCP tool that returns the title, cover image, preview URL, and temporary download URL.

MCP tool capability

The MCP tool accepts a WeChat Channels share URL. On success, it returns structured JSON with task status, title, cover URL, preview URL, download URL, expiration time, and storage mode.

Limits

Public access is rate limited to protect the Mac Agent, queue, and object storage costs. If paid per-download access is introduced later, it should use API keys and credit packages first.
